My First Weigh-In & It’s a Success

I was pretty confident when I stepped on the scale this morning. My goal was to get under 200 pounds…and SUCCESS!

I lost a big chunk of weight this week…-4.5 pounds. That’s a BIG motivation. It’s amazing what portion control can do!
