I’m only a half-pound from my 10-pound Happy Dance, so as a bit of “insurance” that I’ll get there for next weigh-in, I’m adding another calorie-burner to my day-to-day activity. No more elevators! Or lifts if you prefer.
That’s a pretty big task when you live on the third floor and work on the fourth. So far I’ve climbed 15 flights today…that about 75 extra calories burned. And that’s just counting going up the stairs…I’m not counting the calories burned on the climb down
